What is Codifyhub, and what do you teach?
Codifyhub is a premier tech school designed specifically for children. We move kids from being “screen consumers” to “screen creators.” We teach everything from game development and app creation to artificial intelligence and web design.
What is the right age for my child to start?
We welcome young innovators aged 4 to 17.
Juniors (Ages 5-8): Focus on logic and visual “block” coding.
Intermediates (Ages 9-12): Move into game design and basic text coding.
Seniors (Ages 13+): Tackle professional languages like Python and JavaScript.
Does my child need to have prior computer experience?
Not at all! Our “Beginner” tracks assume the child has never coded before. We start with the basics of how a computer thinks and build up from there.
Do we need to provide a laptop?
Yes, a laptop (Windows or Mac) is required for the courses so the children can practice their projects at home.
Are the classes online or physical?
We offer highly interactive online classes that feel like a virtual playground! This allows your child to learn from the comfort of home while collaborating with peers and instructors in real-time. Physical class is for home private classes based in Abuja.
What is the schedule for the 8-week program?
Our 8-week sessions usually run on Saturdays (Morning or Afternoon slots) or as after-school intensives during the week. We strive to make our schedules as convenient as possible for busy families.
How much do the courses cost?
Our standard 8-week program is ₦300,000 for virtual private class and N500,000 for home private class(Abuja).
Do you offer sibling discounts or early bird specials?
Yes! We love “Coding Families.” We offer a 10% sibling discount.
Will coding help my child in school?
Absolutely. Coding is “stealth learning.” It naturally improves math skills (coordinates and variables), literacy (sequence and structure), and critical thinking (debugging mistakes).
What will my child have to show at the end of the course?
Every student completes a Capstone Project—a real game, app, or website they built themselves. They also receive a Codifyhub Certificate of Achievement to celebrate their hard work!
Is this just for kids who want to be software engineers?
No! Coding is a “foundational skill.” Whether your child wants to be a doctor, a lawyer, an artist, or an entrepreneur, knowing how technology works will give them a massive advantage in any career they choose.
